Despite all their undoubted merits, not all people benefit from the use of the berries.<\/p>\n<p>Indeed, blueberries contain vitamins A, B, C and trace elements that have a good effect on visual acuity, help reduce inflammation of the mucous membrane of the eye, reduce the incidence of retinal detachment and prevent night vision problems. But it is worth noting that only fresh berries have beneficial properties for health; if dried or powdered, they lose about 80 percent of their vitamins.
