    A doctor places anesthetizing drops in the patient` s eyes. When your eye is numb, a special microscope and a lens are used to direct a laser beam at drainage canals. The surgeon makes small burns in the trabecular meshwork, increasing outflow of fluid from the eye.<\/p>\n

    The Postoperative Period<\/strong>
    Another characteristic of non-invasive laser treatment is that the operation takes place in a single day, and the patient does not need hospitalization.
