Why do they appear, what are they “talking about,” and is it worth worrying?

From time to time, many people see spots and lines in front of their eyes (when their eyes move, the eye floaters usually dart away when they try to look at them directly). There are a lot of reasons for the appearance of the eye floaters.Most often, they indicate age-related changes in organs of vision. However, there can be many other causes.

Black and white eye floaters: What causes them?

Among possible factors provoking the appearance of black eye floaters (dots, flashes and lines) are the following:

  • myodesopsia which occurs during the aging process;
  • retinal traumas;

  • posterior vitreous detachment.

Eye disorders associated with the appearance of invisible eye floaters in front of the eyes are as follows:

  • 5. anemia;
  • 6. poisoning from some chemicals;
  • 7. mechanical injuries of the eye;

  • 9. blood flow disturbances due to cervical osteochondrosis.

If eye floaters and tinnitus appear at the same time, that may be a symptom of a neurological disorder. Similar symptoms are often the result of chronic fatigue or mental stress.

Try to spend as little time as possible in front of your TV or monitor.. Tired eyes very often provoke the appearance of eye floaters.

-And, of course, it is necessary to quit smoking and drinking. Bad habits negatively affect all organs and systems and can cause blood pressure problems even in young people.

Simple eye exercises are very good for your eyesight.. If you see eye floaters, sharply look to the left, then to the right. Then move your eyeballs up and down. These movements cause the fluid inside your eye to shift and allow the floaters to move out of the way.
